Do you offer child car seats?
Yes, we provide child seats upon request.
Booster seat: $5
Rear-facing or front-facing car seat: $10
Please request the seat type during booking so we can have it ready for your ride.

We serve O’Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) Airports, plus many Chicago suburbs including:

Are your rides private or shared?
All rides are 100% private.
We never combine passengers or share rides with strangers.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time.
If your flight is delayed and you provided flight information, pickup time is automatically adjusted at no extra charge.
What happens if I miss my flight or it gets canceled?
If your flight is canceled or you miss your flight, you must notify us immediately.
If the client fails to report changes, the trip will be marked as no-show and charged full price.
Do you charge waiting time?
Yes.
Waiting time begins 15 minutes after your scheduled pickup time (not applicable to airport pickups).
Sedan: $1.50 per minute
SUV: $2.00 per minute
Airport waiting time applies only when the driver cannot reach the passenger or when the client fails to communicate their arrival status.
What is your toll policy?
Tolls are included in the price for all rides.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit/debit cards. A 5% processing fee applies.
You may avoid the fee by paying with:

Zelle to: angelsenterprises@live.com
(Zelle payments must be approved by dispatch before sending and received at least 2 hours before pickup.)
We may still require a credit card on file as backup.
