Welcome to Angel’s Limo – Chicago Airport Transportation.
By booking a ride, using our website, or contacting our company, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions
1. Service Overview
Angel’s Limo provides private transportation to and from:
Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD)
Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW)
Surrounding suburbs
Long-distance and special event transportation
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Â A ride is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation email or text message.
All bookings depend on driver availability.
Last-minute bookings are not guaranteed but we do our best to accommodate.
3. Pricing
- O’Hare prices start at $50, depending on pickup location.
- Tolls are included in the quoted price.
- Prices vary based on mileage, traffic, vehicle type, and time of day.
- Extra stops, changes to the original itinerary, or added mileage may adjust the final price.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Â Cancellations made 2 hours or more before pickup are free.
Cancellations less than 2 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full ride amount.
5. Waiting Time & Flight Tracking Policy
Regular Pickups (Home, Hotel, Business, etc.)e
15 minutes of free wait time from the scheduled pickup time.
After 15 minutes, wait-time charges apply as follows:
Sedan: $1.50 per minute
SUV: $2.00 per minute
Airport Pickups (O’Hare & Midway)
- No wait-time charges apply as long as communication is maintained.
- Wait-time charges begin only if the client cannot be reached by the driver or dispatch after repeated attempts.
- Passengers must notify the driver/office about delays such as luggage issues, customs, or gate changes.
6. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers must:
Provide accurate pickup/drop-off information
Be ready at the scheduled time
Communicate delays as soon as possible
Treat drivers and vehicles respectfully
Vehicle damage or excessive mess may result in additional fees.
7. Damage & Cleaning Fees
- Cleaning or damage to the vehicle may result in a fee depending on severity.
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
- Drivers may refuse service to anyone who poses a safety risk or is excessively intoxicated.
8. Payments
We accept:
Credit/debit cards
Cash
Zelle (to angelsenterprises@live.com)
5% processing fee applies to all card transactions.
This fee can be avoided by paying cash to the driver or sending Zelle.
Zelle Payment Rules:
Must be confirmed with dispatch before sending
Must be received at least 2 hours before pickup time
A valid credit card is still required on file in case payment is not sent
9. Receipts & Billing
Our legal corporate name is:
Angels Enterprises Inc.
Charges may appear on bank or credit card statements as:
ANGELS ENTERPRISES
or
ANGELS LIMO
Both refer to the same company.
