First you need to get your friend or family members flight information.

Step Two:

Once you have an idea of the arrival time you can start planning in advance the best route from your address to "O'Hare Cellphone Lot" on your maps. this is a free and safe waiting area provided by the airport.

Step Three

Once your Friend/Family have pick up their luggage, ask them to walk out of the terminal and look on the door number they are coming out from, (all doors are marked by the terminal number and a door letter (ex: terminal 2 door C would  have a "2C" on top of the door) also you can only pick from the lower level, upper level is assigned for departures only (with the exception of terminal 2 that has been assigned to drive share companies for them to pick their clients from.)
